PB AND JAM OVERNIGHT WEET-BIX

INGREDIENTS
- 3 Weet-bix
- 1/4 cup milk of your choice
- 1 tsp honey (or a good drizzle)
- 1 x 150g tub of protein yogurt
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/2 cup raspberries (or you can use strawberries but they are harder to squish into a jam)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a medium container, crush the Weet-bix.
- Add the milk and mix well. Resist the urge to add more milk, as the Weet-bix will absorb liquid overnight.
- Flatten the Weet-bix and drizzle honey on top.
- Add 1/4 of the raspberries, pressing them into the mixture to create a jam layer.
- In the yogurt tub, mix in the peanut butter and the remaining raspberries until the raspberries break down and the yogurt takes on a pink hue.
- Spread the yogurt mixture over the Weet-bix, adding extra raspberries on top if desired.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight to set.
NOTES:
Feel free to use almond butter or strawberries to mix it up
