LOADED CRUMPETS

INGREDIENTS 

  • 2 crumpets
  • 1 tbsp PB, or hazelnut butter
  • 3/4 cup vanilla protein yogurt ( I love yopro)
  • 1/2 cup berries
  • 1/2 banana (or fruit of choice)
  • Honey or maple syrup 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Toast your crumpets and layer with the above ingredients (or add your own toppings)

NOTES:

Felt like pancakes but didn’t have time to make the batter so these crumpets were the next best thing and were sooooo yummy.
