HIGH PROTEIN OATS
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 - 3/4 cup quick oats
- 1 scoop vanilla WPI
- 1 tbsp vanilla collagen
- 1 tsp creatine
- 2 tbsp protein kefir or yogurt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
- 1 cup berries
- 1 tbsp melted natural peanut butter
INSTRUCTIONS:

Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl or container.

Mix in your yogurt and milk.

Top with berries and PB.
NOTES
(I will add extra honey if I’ve got a big training day but I find it sweet enough with the vanilla protein/collagen)
