HIGH PROTEIN OATS

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup quick oats 
  • 1 scoop vanilla WPI 
  • 1 tbsp vanilla collagen 
  • 1 tsp creatine 
  • 2 tbsp protein kefir or yogurt 
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice 
  • 1 cup berries 
  • 1 tbsp melted natural peanut butter 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl or container. 

  2. Mix in your yogurt and milk. 

  3. Top with berries and PB.

NOTES

(I will add extra honey if I’ve got a big training day but I find it sweet enough with the vanilla protein/collagen)
