CARAMELISED BANANA TOAST

INGREDIENTS 

  • 2 slices of bread of choice 
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter or chocolate protein PB
  • 1 banana 
  • 1 tbsp honey 
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Top your bread with your PB

  2. Dice up your banana and layer over your PB bread 

  3. Drizzle with your honey and cinnamon 

  4. Cook in your air fryer for 8-10 minutes at 200 degrees 

NOTES:

Bread of choice: Sourdough is my go-to but any thick bread will work - if you are using thin bread you may need less time in an air fryer

Spread of choice: I rotate between natural peanut butter, chocolate mayvers peanut butter and Biscoff
