CARAMELISED BANANA TOAST
INGREDIENTS
- 2 slices of bread of choice
- 2 tbsp peanut butter or chocolate protein PB
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:

Top your bread with your PB

Dice up your banana and layer over your PB bread

Drizzle with your honey and cinnamon

Cook in your air fryer for 8-10 minutes at 200 degrees
NOTES:
Bread of choice: Sourdough is my go-to but any thick bread will work - if you are using thin bread you may need less time in an air fryer
Spread of choice: I rotate between natural peanut butter, chocolate mayvers peanut butter and Biscoff
