You don’t have to go through this alone.
I’m not here to fix you, I’m just here to be someone you can open up to and relate to.
I’ve lived through my own struggles with food and body image and know firsthand how isolating it can feel. I was diagnosed with an eating disorder at 20, but had struggled with disordered eating since 17. Healing isn’t the same for everyone, and sometimes what helps most isn’t advice or rules, it’s having someone who truly understands.
Tossed Together Mentorship is a support space where you can talk openly, feel heard, and feel less alone, even if you’re not sure what you’re struggling with yet.
Who This Is For
This space is for you if:
- Your relationship with food or your body feels hard or confusing
- You feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected
- You’re questioning habits or thoughts around eating
- You’re in recovery — or think you might be struggling
- You don’t have a diagnosis or label
You don’t need to be “sick enough”.
If something doesn’t feel right, that’s enough.
What This Mentorship Is
This is peer support, led by lived experience.
A safe space to:
- Talk openly without judgement
- Share challenges, fears, and small wins
- Feel understood by someone who’s been there
- Take things at your own pace
Some sessions may feel heavy, others lighter, some may just be a space to breathe. All of it is welcome.
Optional Nutrition Support
Alongside lived experience, I’m also a qualified nutritionist.
When, and only when, it feels right, we can gently explore nutrition in a non-restrictive, recovery-focused way. Food talk is always optional, never forced, and led by you.
Some sessions may involve no food talk at all, and that’s completely okay.
How It Works
- Free 30-minute initial chat
- 1:1 video or phone sessions (45–60 minutes)
- Or we can meet up in real life (I am northern beaches based)
- Confidential, judgement-free support
You can choose a single session or a short-term package, depending on what feels right for you.

These sessions are more nutrition-focused and may suit you if you:

- Are ready to talk more specifically about nourishment
- Are looking for guidance beyond peer mentorship
You can always move between mentorship and nutrition consults as your needs change.
