This follow-up will be a check-in with how you are tracking and a discussion about your food and exercise plan. We can address any issues and new symptoms, as well as develop or add to your progress plan. These follow-ups can happen multiple times until you are happy with your progress and plan. 

Price: $110 for 45 minutes
