2 slices Sourdough

2 tbsp garlic Hummus

2 tbsp Cottage cheese

1 tbsp Tomato paste

100 grams diced ham off the bone

1/4 cup diced tomatoes

1 tbsp chopped red onion

1/2 cup grated light cheese

1 tbsp Capilino chilli honey

1 tsp Garlic olive oil

SIDE SALAD (optional but recommended): 

1 cup Mixed lettuce

1/2 diced cucumber

1/2 cup diced cherry tomato

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar 

INSTRUCTIONS:

INGREDIENTS 

  1. Layer your sourdough with the above ingredients

  2. Start with your tomato paste, hummus and cottage cheese

  3. Add your ham, tomato and red onion

  4. Sprinkle over your cheese

  5. Drizzle over your honey and garlic olive oil

  6. Spray your air fryer with olive oil spray and place your toast inside

  7. Bake on 200 degrees for 8-10 minutes

Cook time: 10 minutes

NOTES:

*I love using sourdough or bakers delight high tin sourdough 

*I use the Capilino brand chilli honey

The measurements and ingredients can easily altered to suit your own taste. Try not to do too many toppings especially tomato as it will make it soggy! That’s why I served mine with a side salad to make sure I get my servings of veg in.
