2 packets microwave basmati rice

*1 packet marinated chicken

*1 packet frozen MIXED vegetables

*1 packet frozen edamame beans

1 lemon

Sauce ingredients for each container:

2 tbsp Sweet chilli sauce

1tbsp Light mayo

2tbsp Low sodium soy sauce

INSTRUCTIONS:

INGREDIENTS 

  1. Cook chicken in the air fryer on 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes (Or pan fry or oven bake.)

  2. Whilst your chicken is cooking, seperate your rice into each container.

  3. I start with 1/2 packet In each container

  4. To each container also add 1-2 cups frozen mixed veg

  5. Add in your sauce ingredients e.g. add 2 tbsp sweet chilli, 1 tbsp light mayo and 2 tbsp soy sauce to each container.

  6. Once your chicken is cooked slice it up and evenly divide amongst containers.

  7. Cut your lemon into 1/4 and squeeze each amongst your containers

  8. Put your lids on and shake.

  9. When ready to heat, microwave for 3-4 minutes.

Prep time: 5 minutes
 
Cook time: 15 minutes

NOTES:

Super easy too max 20 mins to put together

Chicken of choice: I used the mango lime from Aldi but regular chicken breast works just fine

Veggies of choice: Frozen mixed winter veg from Aldi is what I use

I usually use the above ingredients to make 3 serves but can easily make
