1 x 500 gram packet extra lean pork mince
1 brown onion
1 x 400 gram packet mixed cabbage carrot mix
1 x 250 gram packet vermicelli noodles
Sauce
1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup sweet chilli sauce
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp fish sauce
Lemon juice, sesame seeds and coriander (or herb of choice) to serve

INSTRUCTIONS:

INGREDIENTS 

  1. Fill a large pot with water for your noodles and cook following packet instructions.

  2. In a large pan heat your oil and pan fry your onion until brown.

  3. Add your pork mince and cook until brown.

  4. Add all of your sauce Ingredients and look cook for 5 minutes.

  5. Add in your mixed cabbage and combine.

  6. Let cook for 5 minutes before turning off the heat.

  7. Drain your cooked noodles and rinse under cold water.

  8. In a bowl add a serving of noodles and pork mix and top with coriander, lemon and sesame seeds.

Prep time: 10 minutes
 
Cook time: 20 minutes

The measurements and ingredients can easily altered to suit your own taste. 

I evenly separated it all into 4 servings to keep in the fridge for a grab and go lunch or dinner this week :)
