1 lebanese bread wrap​ 

2 tbsp cottage cheese 

1/4 avocado 

1 cup greens

1/2 cup mixed cabbage 

1/2 tomato 

1/2 cucumber 

1/4 cup light cheese

1 tbsp light mayo 

Snp + lemon to serve 

PROTEIN OF CHOICE: 1 can of tuna of choice

INSTRUCTIONS:

INGREDIENTS 

  1. Heat up your wrap for 30 seconds in microwave

  2. Chop your veggies into long strips

  3. Layer your wrap with your ingredients and fold into a burrito 

  4. Chop in half and serve

 I LOVE USING TUNA

Tuna wraps are literally one of my go to quick and easy lunches. 

* I love using the fresh wholemeal wraps from Coles bakery section OR fresh lebanese wraps 

*My go to tuna is either the chilli tuna from aldi or the lime and cracked pepper tuna also from aldi 

The measurements and ingredients can easily altered to suit your own taste.
