1 salmon fillet
1 tbsp Teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp Manuka honey + extra to drizzle
1 tsp chilli paste
1 tbsp garlic paste

To serve:

3-4 soft tacos 

1/2 grated carrot 

1/2 slice cucumber

1 cup spinach 

2-3 tbsp tzatziki 

Lemon juice 

INSTRUCTIONS:

INGREDIENTS 

  1. Combine your salmon and sauce ingredients in a bowl  

  2. Place in air fryer, drizzle extra honey, and bake for 8-10 minutes

  3. Whilst this is cooking slice and prepare your veggies 

  4. Heat your tacos and layer with tzatziki, veggies, salmon and lemon juice 

Prep time: 10 minutes
 
Cook time: 10 minutes

NOTES:

*I love using corn tortillas from regular supermarket 
*I use the Capilino manuka honey brand BUT chilli honey would also be great here.
The measurements and ingredients can easily altered to suit your own taste or altered to cater for more mouths.
If you don't feel like tacos I also love using mine in a sushi bowl as seen below :)
