2 barramundi fillets
*3 cups of your fav veggies
1/2 cup water
Sauce:
1 heaped tbsp minced Garlic
1 heaped tbsp minced Ginger
1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
3 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Serve with rice + lemon juice
INSTRUCTIONS:
INGREDIENTS

Chop your veggies and pan fry with olive oil

Add your water and cook until the veggies are soft

In a small bowl combine sauce ingredients

Pour sauce into the veggies and coat evenly

Add your fish into the centre of the pan and coat with some sauce
-
Cook on 5 minutes each side or until white and flaky
-
Serve with your rice and lemon juice
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes

*Veggies of choice: I use whatever I have in the fridge but my go to are;
1 carrot
1 cup chop beans
1 zucchini
1/2 head broccoli
