2 barramundi fillets 

*3 cups of your fav veggies 

 1/2 cup water 
Sauce:
1 heaped tbsp minced Garlic
1 heaped tbsp minced Ginger
1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
3 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
Juice of 1/2 lemon

Serve with rice + lemon juice 

INSTRUCTIONS:

INGREDIENTS 

  1. Chop your veggies and pan fry with olive oil 

  2. Add your water and cook until the veggies are soft 

  3. In a small bowl combine sauce ingredients

  4. Pour sauce into the veggies and coat evenly 

  5. Add your fish into the centre of the pan and coat with some sauce 

  6. Cook on 5 minutes each side or until white and flaky 

  7. Serve with your rice and lemon juice 

Prep time: 15 minutes
 
Cook time: 10 minutes

*Veggies of choice: I use whatever I have in the fridge but my go to are;

1 carrot 

1 cup chop beans

1 zucchini 

1/2 head broccoli  

The measurements and ingredients can easily altered to suit your own taste or cater for more mouths
