1 packet TVP (texturised veggie protein)
1 diced carrot
1/3 red onion
2 cups kale
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp chilli garlic paste
1/4 cup sweet chilli oil
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp miso paste
Serve with rice, lettuce, lime juice and sesame seeds

Prepare your TVP according to packet instructions

In a pan fry up your veggies in olive oil

Once they are soft add in your TVP and combine.

Then add in your sauce ingredients, combine, and let simmer for 5-10 minutes or until ready to eat
Served with rice, lettuce, lime juice and sesame seeds.
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 20 minutes
NOTES:
TVP = Textured vegetable protein, which is made out of soybeans. It can be utilized as a natural meat substiute that is high in protein with 27 grams per serve.
The measurements and ingredients can easily altered to suit your own taste.
