2 tbsp Olive oil
1 onion
4 cups frozen mixed vegetables
1 packet lean pork mince
1 packet Hokien noodles
1/2 cup sweet chilli sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp minced ginger
1 tsp chilli paste
INSTRUCTIONS:
INGREDIENTS

Dice and pan fry your onion in your oil

Boil your kettle
-
In a large bowl add your noodles and cover with boiling water

Add your vegetables and water in with your onion and cook until soft

Push your veggies to the side and cook your mince
-
Add in your sauce ingredients
-
Drain your noodles and fold through the mixture
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 20 minutes
NOTES:
I sometimes steam my veggies first to make the overall cooking process quicker
Frozen vegetables of choice = mixed winter veggies but any veggies will work
