PERFORMANCE LUNCHES
Lunches for me are either on the go as a POST training meal, or if I am at home, I love being creative and making myself something that is going to SUPPORT my training and nutrition goals, as well as taste great. Below you will find a mix of my favourite go to lunches, with a combination of single serve and meal prepped options. I love making meals that I can easily meal prep or whip up in 5 minutes, and if i am being honest I usually find myself eating leftover dinner as my lunch the next day or my go to eggs on toast OR tuna options, BUT you will still find below some meals that I make on repeat when I have the time. All of my vegetarian lunches and meals are found under VEGETARIAN.
