Prepare the Onion: Finely dice the brown onion.

Sauté the Onion: Heat a large pan over medium heat and add the olive oil. Fry the onion until it turns golden brown.

Crumble the Tofu: Using your hands, crumble the tofu directly into the pan. Use a spatula to break it down further.

Add Tomato and Garlic: Stir in the tomato paste and garlic paste, mixing well.

Season the Mixture: Add the nutritional yeast, turmeric powder, and curry powder, stirring to combine.

Adjust Consistency: Pour in the water, starting with ½ cup. Stir and add more if needed to prevent sticking; you want a moist but not overly watery mixture.
