1 boiled bagel 

1/2 avocado 

1/2 cup cottage cheese

1 cup spinach 

2 eggs

1/2 cup chopped cherry tomatoes 

1-2 tbsp chilli honey

INSTRUCTIONS:

INGREDIENTS 

  1. Heat up a medium size pan over high heat 

  2. Crack both eggs in and turn the heat to low 

  3. Whilst your eggs are cooking, toast your bagel

  4. Layer your toast with avo, cottage cheese, spinach, tomatoes and top with your eggs 

  5. Drizzle over your honey and SnP​

Cook time: 5 minutes

*I love using Jesse's' brand of boiled bagels

*I use the Capilino brand chilli honey

The measurements and ingredients can easily altered to suit your own taste

EGGS: If you don't like the white gooey bit of the egg you can place a lid over your pan so it cooks the white without drying out the yolk.
