1 frozen banana
1/2 cup chopped watermelon
1/2 cup strawberries
2 tbsp @yoproau vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup ice
1/2 cup milk of choice
1 scoop true WPI
1 serving true creatine and collagen (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Blend all Ingredients in a blender and serve

Go to protein powder is TRUEPROTEIN

I would recommend this smoothie as a pre workout if you want something quick to digest BUT if you are wanting a breakfast to keep you full and satisfied I would add a source of fat such as chia seeds or PB, as well as 1/4-1/2 cup oats blended in, or granola on top.
